Who's Behind It
Ziqian Hu, Founder of ProMfg Hub.
My professional experience taught me one thing: promised time is the bottom line, not the target. Every project milestone must have a clear owner and contingency plan. Now when managing NPI projects, I still maintain this habit — from drawing review to final delivery, every stage has time anchors and responsible persons. Customers don't need to chase progress updates.
